Elekeiroz acquires Air Products oxo-gas plant in Brazil

Elekeiroz (São Paulo) has acquired an oxo-gas plant from Air Products at Camaçari, Brazil, the company said on 9 December. The deal includes the transfer of the plant’s employees and the purchase of equipment to adapt the plant’s product mix. Including the cost of integration, Elekeiroz values the investment at 70 million reais ($30 million).
