Eastman Licenses Gasification

Eastman Chemical says it has agreed to license its proprietary reduced sulfur start-up technology to Hydrogen Energy International (HEI; Long Beach, CA) for use at HEI’s proposed integrated gasification combined-cycle (IGCC) facility near California’s Elk Hills oil field.
