Eastman Completes Acquisition of Solutia

Eastman Chemical completed its $4.8-billion acquisition of Solutia on July 2, and announced new reporting segments for the company. The combined company had 2011 pro forma revenues of $9.3 billion, including Solutia’s $2.1 billion (chart).
