Eastman Acquires Full Ownership of Beaumont Gasification Project

Eastman Chemical says it has bought out Green Rock Energy’s (New York) 50% stake in their joint venture gasification project, which is under development at Beaumont, TX. Green Rock has simultaneously acquired Eastman’s 25% stake in Faustina Hydrogen Products’ gasification project at St. James Parish, LA, Eastman says. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
