Dow postpones project for green polyethylene in Brazil

Dow Chemical says it is postponing its Santa Vitória, Brazil, biobased ethylene and polyethylene (PE) project with Mitsui & Co. because of escalating costs, legal uncertainties in Brazil, and capital spending cuts Dow announced late last year.
