Dow Shuffles Management, Names Haller to Head Europe and Mideast

Haller: Assuming responsibility for EMEA. Dow Chemical has named Heinz Haller, executive v.p. and chief commercial officer of Dow, as executive v.p., president of Dow Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and chief commercial officer.
