Dow: DOE’s new LNG export study is ‘baffling’, ‘misleading’

A senior Dow Chemical executive has lambasted a report, commissioned by the US Department of Energy (DOE), that concludes the US economy would benefit more from the export of advantaged natural gas than from its domestic consumption.
