DSM to acquire Cargill’s cultures and enzymes

DSM has reached agreement to acquire Cargill’s cultures and enzymes business for €85 million ($110 million) in cash. DSM announced last September that it was in exclusive discussions with Cargill for the acquisition. The deal is expected to close by the end of this year.
