Chemical Week Magazine :: Business & Finance :: United States/Americas China Investigates Alleged Polysilicon Dumping8:33 AM MDT | August 3, 2012 | –Natasha Alperowicz China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing) says it will begin antidumping and antisubsidy investigations into imported solar-grade polysilicon from the U.S., and launch an antidumping probe into imports of polysilicon from Korea. Mofcom says the move is in response to requests from leading Chinese polysilicon producers to investigate possible dumping of U.S. and Korean polysilicon and for a countervailing duty investigation of imports from the U.S. Measures to be investigated include a federal manufacturing tax credit and state incentives.
