Chevron Phillips Chemical to Site PE Plants at Sweeny

Cella: Capitalizing on shale resources. Chevron Phillips Chemical (CP Chem) says it will locate two previously announced polyethylene (PE) facilities at its Sweeny facility in Old Ocean, TX. The plants are being built as part of CP Chem’s planned U.S. Gulf Coast cracker project at Baytown, TX.
