Blumenthal Holdings acquires majority stake in Terresolve

Blumenthal Holdings (Charlotte, NC) says it has acquired a majority stake in Terresolve Technologies (Mentor, OH), a manufacturer of biobased hydraulic and functional fluids and lubricants for the offshore marine, marine transport, oil and gas, and turf-care industries. Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition complements RSC Bio Solutions, Blumenthal’s biobased cleaning, degreasing, and lubricating subsidiary.
