Ashland names new water technologies president

Ashland has named Luis Fernandez-Moreno as company v.p. and president of Ashland’s water technologies segment. Fernandez-Moreno most recently served as executive v.p. of Arch Chemicals, where he was responsible for the wood protection and HTH Water Products businesses. Previously, Fernandez-Moreno held exeuctive positions with Rohm and Haas and Dow Chemical.
