Arsenal Capital buys adhesives maker Adco Global

Arsenal Capital (New York) has acquired adhesives and sealants maker Adco Global (Lincolnshire, IL) from Aurora Capital (Los Angeles), another private equity firm. Financial details of the transaction, including purchase price, have not been disclosed. The deal is expected to close during the third quarter of this year. Adco’s adhesives products are targeted at the construction, transportation, and industrial markets.
