Appeals Court Upholds Four Key EPA Rules Limiting GHGs

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia upheld on June 26 four EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) rules, including its finding under the Clean Air Act (CAA) that GHGs endanger public health. The endangerment finding was the first step necessary for EPA to begin regulating GHGs using its existing CAA authority.
