ACC, Socma urge House to improve TSCA shortly after Senate proposal

ACC and Socma reemphasized the need to reform the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) at a 13 June hearing held by the US Houseâ€™s energy and commerce subcommittee on environment and the economy regarding the impact of TSCA. The hearing followed Mayâ€™s US Senate introduction of the Chemical Safety Improvement Act of 2013 (CSIA) by Senator David Vitter (R., LA) and the late Senator Frank Lautenberg (D., NJ.
