RPM resolves pricing dispute with US government, buys tile producer

RPM announced on 28 August that it had reached an agreement with the US General Services Administration (GSA; Washington) resolving a dispute over improper pricing and discounting practices in commercial roofing contracts from 2002 to 2008. RPM will pay $65.1 million to resolve the issues, which is in line with the company’s previously announced expectations.
