Braskem divests water treatment units to Odebrecht Environmental

Braskem has sold a water treatment affiliate and a majority stake in a waste treatment firm to Odebrecht Environmental (São Paulo) for a combined 652 million reais ($318 million), according to local reports. The assets are part of the Camaçari petrochemical complex in northern Brazil.
