Wacker Eyes Big Polysilicon Expansion, Raw Materials Hike

Wacker Chemie, the second-largest producer of polysilicon, has the potential to more than double capacity to meet demand growth, particularly from the solar industry, Rudolf Staudigl, Wacker president and CEO, says.
