Uralkali shareholder discusses sale with three groups

Three groups are interested in buying Suleiman Kerimov’s stake in potash producer Uralkali (Berezniki, Russia), according to a 7 October report in Russian business daily Vedomosti that cites a source close to Kerimov. The parties interested in Kerimov’s 21.75% stake are investor Vladimir Kogan together with an Arab state fund, billionaire Vladimir Evtushenkov and partner Mikhail Gutseriev, and tycoon Mikhail Prokhorov.
