Tessenderlo sells pharma ingredients business

Tessenderlo Group (Brussels) says it intends to sell its pharmaceutical ingredient subsidiaries Farchemia (Treviglio, Italy) and Calaire Chimie (Calais, France) to International Chemical Investors Group (Frankfurt), a private industrial holding company. The divestment is in line with Tessenderlo’s focus on specialty products and services in the areas of food, agriculture, water management, and bioresiduals.
