Sales of crop protection products were 14% higher at $10.2 billion and seeds also registered 14% growth, to $3.2 billion. Earnings per share increased 18%, to $19.36. Ebitda was 16% higher at $2.9 billion and the Ebitda margin increased to 21.9% from 21.5% in 2010. Syngenta does not disclose full fourth-quarter results but it says that crop protection sales in the fourth quarter of 2011 rose 11%, to $2.35 billion with the highest regional gain of 42%, to...
