Syngenta Combines Seeds and Crop Protection Businesses


Syngenta, the leading producer of agchems, has announced plans to reorganize its operations by combining the sales and marketing activities of its seeds and crop protection businesses. The move provides farmers with a “superior offer” to that of any of Syngenta’s competitors, the company says.
