Chemical Week Magazine :: Business & Finance :: Europe/Mideast Specialty Chemical Firms Post Higher Profits, Sales5:10 PM MDT | March 20, 2011 | KERRI WALSH AND ALEX SCOTT Süd-Chemie (Munich), a producer of catalysts and adsorbents, published preliminary financial results for 2010 that show it increased Ebitda 31%, to €206.1 million ($288.1 million), on sales up 14%, to €1.2 billion, following adjustment for non-recurring items. Ebit for 2010 increased 32% to €106.8 million. Fourth-quarter figures were not disclosed. Süd-Chemie will report full-year 2010 results on March 29.
