Shell advances cracker projects; Iraq agreement inked

Van Beurden: Project in Iraq makes a lot of sense. Shell Chemicals is advancing several petrochemical investment plans, including steam cracker projects in Qatar, China, and US. The company also signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) earlier this year with the Iraqi government to build a previously announced petrochemical complex in Iraq.
