Shell Details Qatar, U.S. Projects; Studies Plans for Iraq

Van Beurden: Expansion in several regions. Shell Chemicals, in addition to a recently announced heads of agreement to advance a $6.5-billion petrochemical project in Qatar, is looking at several petchem opportunities, says Ben van Beurden, executive v.p. at Shell Chemicals.
