Repsol restarts Tarragona PE units, ships ethylene from Sines

Repsol has restarted production at its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plants at Tarragona, Spain, following a maintenance turnaround at the site’s steam cracker and polyethylene (PE) units. The HDPE plant is designed to produce 150,000 m.t./year and the LDPE unit 213,000 m.t./year.
