Ravago and Barentz Merge Chemical Distribution units

Ravago Group (Arendonk, Belgium) and Barentz Europe (Hoofddorp, the Netherlands) have agreed to combine their chemical distribution activities into a 50-50 joint venture, Barentz Ravago Chemical Specialist. The new company, which will start operating January 1 will aim to become one of the leading distributors of specialty chemicals in Europe.
