Pulcra Chemicals Acquires DyStar Production Site in Germany

Pulcra Chemicals (Düsseldorf), has acquired DyStar’s (Frankfurt) fiber, leather, and textile dyes complex at Geretsried, Germany. Pulcra bought land, buildings, equipment and inventory. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pulcra is a process chemicals group servicing the fiber, leather, and textile industries. The Geretsried complex was shuttered late last year as a result of DyStar becoming insolvent (CW, Dec. 21/28, 2009, p. 15).
