(Orpic; Muscat). Orpic is owned by the government of Oman and by Oman Oil, the country’s energy-investment business. Orpic, which has production at Muscat and Sohar, aims to boost Oman’s refining and petrochemicals industry by improving efficiencies as well as operational and financial performance.
