The sellers are private equity company Granville Baird Fonds (Hamburg) and Hahl’s management. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of March. Hahl produces cut plastic filaments for the production of synthetic bristles, brushes, and fabrics, and generates sales of about €35 million/year ($45 million).
