Kemira Closes Coagulants Deal

Kemira says it has completed the purchase of Arkema’s coagulants business for water treatment (CW, March 28, p. 5). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquired business reported sales of €19 million ($27.9 million) last year, and has a total of three production units in France and Spain, which mainly serve municipalities with potable and wastewater...
