Ineos Considers Divestment of HDPE Plants in Italy and France

Ineos Olefins & Polymers Europe, a subsidiary of Ineos, says it has decided to consider the possible divestment of its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plants at Rosignano, Italy and Sarralbe, France after a recent strategy review.
