Germany to provide more money for climate protection

The German government wants to top up its financial contribution to international climate protection. Gerd Müller, Germany’s development minister; and Barbara Hendricks, minister for the environment, announced at the close of the UN climate discussion at Bonn, Germany, that an additional €50 million ($68 million) is planned for the current 2014 budget.
