German Distributors Link Up

Chemical distributor Stockmeier Chemie (Bielefeld, Germany) has acquired a 50% stake in distributor Staub & Co. (Nuremberg, Germany). Both companies are family owned. Staub is the leading chemical distributor in the German state of Bavaria, and it has some chemical production.
