ECHA opens public consultation on fluopyram

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has opened a public consultation on fluopyram, which is proposed for use as a fungicide in agriculture, horticulture, and viticulture. ECHA invites interested parties to submit their comments for the proposed harmonized classification and labeling (CLH) of the substance, under the European Union's Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals regulation. The public consultation will last for 45 days, and will close on 25 November. The CLH proposal was submitted by Germany. No harmonized...
