Financial details were not disclosed. Dynea BV operates a resins plant at Delfzijl, Netherlands; the 35 employees will transfer to the new enterprise. The plant produces 70,000 m.t./year of formaldehyde and about 130,000 m.t./year of formaldehyde resins, used mainly in the manufacture of composite boards.
