Clariant to Sell Businesses; Confirms 2015 Targets

Clariant announced at a recent investor meeting held in Munich that it expects to divest three business units within 18 months that together account for about 20% of group sales. Clariant has appointed Citibank to advise on the sale of its textile chemicals; paper specialties; and emulsions, detergents, and intermediates units, Hariolf Kottmann, Clariant CEO, tells CW.
