Cepsa Merges Petrochemical Businesses

Refining company Cepsa (Madrid) has approved plans to merge its three petrochemical manufacturing subsidiaries—Ertisa, Interquisa, and Petresa—to create a single entity, Cepsa Química. The new company will also assume responsibility for marketing petchem products made at Cepsa’s refining complexes, which was previously handled by another subsidiary, Petrocepsa.
