Brenntag Acquires U.K.-Based Specialties Distributor

Brenntag has acquired Multisol Group Ltd. (Nantwich, U.K.), the holding company of Multisol Group, a distributor of specialty chemicals, from Multisol’s management and other shareholders. Terms were not disclosed but “the final purchase price will vary depending on the level of working capital as per the completion accounts,” Brenntag says.
