Borealis Sees Challenging Year Ahead, Outlines 2020 Vision

Garrett: Borouge contributes to profits. Borealis reported a big drop in fourth-quarter 2011 net profits and a slide in quarterly sales, but the company’s full-year results were stronger than in 2010. Net profits were €58 million ($76.7 million) in the fourth quarter compared with €134 million in the year-earlier period. Sales were down 4%, at €1.59 billion.
