BASF, Sibur sign polymer additives agreement; collaborate on projects

Sibur (Moscow) says that it has signed a long-term cooperation memorandum with BASF for the supply of polymer additives to be used at Sibur’s production and processing facilities. The agreement was signed by Oleg Makarov, Sibur managing director; and Sergey Andreev, head of BASF/Russia and CIS.
