BASF Puts Leather Unit on the Block; Speculation on Next CEO

BASF has put its leather and textile chemicals business up for sale, following a lengthy period of restructuring and seeking partnerships, CW has learned. The company does not disclose sales of the business, which forms part of its performance chemicals unit, a component of BASF’s performance products segment.
