Aramco Joint Venture with Dow Will Proceed Soon at Jubail

Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical will soon announce plans to proceed with their mega petrochemical joint venture at Jubail, Saudi Arabia, says Khalid Al Falih, president and CEO of Saudi Aramco. The project was originally planned for Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia but it was relocated to Jubail to save costs.
