Akzo Nobel Finalizes New Structure

Akzo Nobel says it has finalized plans for a new structure for the group ahead of its acquisition of ICI, which is scheduled for completion on January 2, 2008. All relevant management appointments have been made and preparation for the next phase in the ongoing strategic transformation of the group “continues to gather pace,” the company says.
