Air Liquide in Talks to Acquire Home Healthcare Group

Air Liquide says it has begun exclusive negotiations to acquire 70.49% in home healthcare firm LVL Médical Groupe (LVL Medical; Lyon, France) from the company’s controlling shareholders at a price of €30.89/share. The transaction would enable Air Liquide to gain control of LVL Médical’s French activities for an enterprise value of €316 million ($398 million).
