Air Liquide expands its health-care line with BiotechMarine acquisition

Air Liquide has announced the conclusion of the company’s acquisition of BiotechMarine (Pontrieux, France) by Air Liquide’s health-care subsidiary Seppic. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. BiotechMarine, founded in 1988, specializes in research and marketing of seaweed and plant bioactive natural substances used in the cosmetics industry.
