ECHA invites comments on proposals for harmonized classification and labeling of 1,2-dichloropropane

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has invited comments on a proposal for harmonized classification and labeling (CLH) for 1,2-dichloropropane (propylene dichloride). The dossier submitter is Dow Chemical, through one of its German subsidiaries. The hazard class for which classification has been proposed is carcinogenicity. A harmonized classification exists for this substance.
