Mitsubishi Rayon acquires in Germany

Mitsubishi Rayon says it has completed the acquisition of TK Industries (Naila, Germany), a company that develops and manufactures carbon fiber–based multiaxial noncrimp fabric (NCF). Separately, Mitsubishi Rayon has acquired Challenge (Sayama, Japan), a carbon fiber–reinforced plastics (CFRP) parts manufacturer. Financial details of the deals were not disclosed.
