The packages, all involving long-lead procurement items, include the complex’s olefins plant as well as units that will produce industrial gases, methylene di- para phenylene isocyanate (MDI), toluene di-isocyanate (TDI), aniline, formalin, di-nitro toluene, and nitric acid.
