Tacaamol, the first of several petrochemical complexes planned as part of the previously announced Abu Dhabi National Chemical Co. (Chemaweyaat) chemical industrial city in Abu Dhabi, will be delayed by approximately two years to 2016, following International Petroleum Investment Co.’s (IPIC; Abu Dhabi) acquisition last year of Nova Chemicals.
